i went in me and my son ordered 2 large pizzas sat in a booth there were no extra chairs and was udley told by a mean waitress had to get up for a couple which noone was there to sit in the booth. so wrong she eeds to be fired 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎need better waitress talking to people.
Ordered a three pizza deal to get $9 off the total price. Spent $70. Realized the $9 wasnt taken off. Asked if it could be taken off after card was ran. Refund the card and the recharge for the correct amount. Was told it was too much work to do that. Asked if an order of breadsticks could be given instead. Told no. Even though breadsticks cost less than $9. Zero customer service.
Just want to say thank you again Spankys for making our Christmas party so special again this yesr ....love the gathering room! The staff even put the Lions game on for us in the room .

Great Food but every time during lunch buffet. They lack the demand of customers. End up waiting for more pizza.
