We were first timers! The food and service were both exceptional! The breadsticks are truly famous :-)
2nd time ever to spankys, food was amazing! I ate 15 slices of pizza and 10 breadsticks at their buffet. Very satisfied!
Food was great once we got our pizza it took 3 pizza's to get it right . Then it took 3 times to get check right. good food poor service.
Booth back cushions are dirty and grimy fraid to put my back against it
During our summers we vacation in Newaygo- part of our plans include eating at Spanky's. We love their bread sticks and pizza!
Not impressed at all. Our waitress was slow and didn't pay much attention to us because a large dinner party came in shortly after we did. We waited over 40 minutes for our food and we brought it to the manager's attention, and he basically said, "sorry, it happens." The food was okay, but it was really the customer service that ruined it for us. We won't be stopping in here again the next time we are in Fremont.
Service very slow for a 11am lunch. Waitress acted like she could care less about it taking so long to get food. Really don't see what everyone sees in the quality of food.
