Stopped by Spank for the first time today (06/23) and had a really great experience. Both staff members were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They pointed me toward some great options without any pressure and helped with sizing in the fitting room. I'll definitely be coming back!
Our girls’ weekend in Victoria was even better once we discovered Spank. We each found a few items for summer that will be worn on repeat. The owner knows how to buy and suggest items we might have overlooked.
My wife and I visited this store tonight and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived about 25 minutes before closing, so we completely understand that staff were likely starting their closing procedures. However, there was still plenty of time left, and my wife was actively shopping. She had several items picked out and was simply deciding between a couple of sizes of shorts before purchasing a total of four items.
