Anissa was fantastic! My fiance and I moved across the country and she stayed in contact with us the whole way, making sure our apartment was ready for us when we got to town. Couldn’t recommend Spanish wells enough, we are very happy we chose it for our place to live.

Stay far away from This property they don’t care nor will they give a shit, especially if your AC doesn’t work and reaches up to 80° in 100° weather they don’t care. They’ll just send a maintenance person that’s pretending like they know what they’re doing and that maintenance person will shoot a laser in your vents and tell you you’re fine. This is very disappointing. I’m currently in contact with somebody from Better Business Bureau because the fact I can’t even get a nights rest because it’s so hot and my AC will not cool... read more

It kind of sucks because I thought it was gonna be different before I even moved into this place, but it’s been a mediocre experience. I don’t know if it’s just my unit but the hot water is almost nonexistent. It works whenever it wants to and then when it works, it doesn’t stay for that long. I brought it to their attention. I guess that’s just what it is.
