It kind of sucks because I thought it was gonna be different before I even moved into this place, but it’s been a mediocre experience. I don’t know if it’s just my unit but the hot water is almost nonexistent. It works whenever it wants to and then when it works, it doesn’t stay for that long. I brought it to their attention. Horrible horrible experience here. After moving out got harassed for further payment, they were able to send a letter but can’t send an email threatening higher payment and an effect to my credit.cant believe they have tenants. Horrible management style. Don’t have enough care to call but say they have. They don’t care about tenants - they WILL walk in on you without notice. They WILL complain about minor things. Our son chose Spanish Wells sight unseen (google) for an across the country relocation. He hit the jackpot!!! Anisa and Jen in the office are so helpful and kind. Super bonus for Anisa designating herself as 'mom on site'! Definitely peace of mind for parents being nearly 1500 miles away! Mom visit #1 - submitted a service order at 9pm and Don and Gerald were at the door the next morning bright and early to take care of the problems. I've met the two most proffesioanl and lovely emoyees at Spanish Wells. I use to live here and i am back. They made the process so easy and they went above and behond to help me with my approval pro cess. I am truly grateful.
