The apartment complex is very nice. The 1-bedroom floor plan is very spacious! The leasing office are very welcoming and friendly. I also appreciate how responsive and quick the maintenance staff are. The amenities are pretty good too.
The worst apartment complex in Vegas the manger Jennifer Mora is lazy as person doesn't do anything for the complex she needs to be fired!
I moved in about a week ago and the staff have been amazing at welcoming me and helping me out with any problems I may have. Jen and Anissa were part of the reason I chose to live in this community! It’s so important to have staff that care about you and their job. So far, the community has been quiet and I have felt very safe living here.
Such a beautiful place. Anissa was very helpful and informative. Everyone was very friendly. This is definitely somewhere I can see raising my family.
Hello,I came into the Spanish Wells with my son, we were given a tour of the units, and at the end where having an event and invited us to stay Anissa provided my son with a back pack, very friendly staff and a very beautiful location.
