the Spanish villas apt are so bad it is incredible that the city hasn't shut them down the pool is always closed the property managers as many as 7 mananagers since I been living here in three years as well as maintance staff . the staff is not screened for criminal back rounds they stole money from apts and other items as well got cocaine addicts here needles everywhere . people asking and selling drugs here got rent upped every lease renewed . they treat the handicapped horrible they have the worst rat and bedbug and roach... read more
