This the most rundown 55+ community that Leesburg has to offer. There hasn't been any new construction there in a LONG time. With roads that have not been paved in over 20 years with pot holes everywhere. There is no "real" golf course there. It is a par 3, 9 hole putt-putt with no fairways and not even a sand trap. No challenge at all.
