The lots are to be mowed, have 9 hole golf , pool, ball field, and activity building. Well the lawn's are half mowed you have to weed eat your own yard. This is what you pay $372 per month for. Now the golf course is mowed everyday. Your yard may get mowed at 2 times per month in the summer if your lucky. Right now my grass is ankle deep. There is holes in the streets do not plan on repairing them. Woman in office has a bad personality. No one likes her in the park. There are stumps all over the park no plans to remove them ... read more

Spanish Village = Bad Choice Very lovely park. More like a resort than a MH park .... BUT .... the manager is a mean-spirited ... hateful ... rude woman with only ONE goal in life .... to SELL HER OWN LISTINGS ! The residents hate her and have tried for years to get her replaced. I would love to live there ... but NOT under HER reign of meanness and rudeness. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE ! You will regret it ! Pretty setting ... HOWEVER ... DO NOT MOVE THERE ! The park Manager is EXTREMELY rude to the residents, and hated by them. If you do NOT buy one of HER own listings ... she will always be rude to you. STAY AWAY .... This is more like a PUNISHMENT PARK than a retirement community !
