No so friendly physician
Saw Dr. Bertram twice and was dissatisfied how little she did to help Rex's hanging hind leg in 2024. She referred me to a surgeon and yet he healed in a couple of weeks with rest. Last week before 4th of July holiday, i went to this office and spoke to a vet tech who said Bertram is the vet in charge, yet i never met with her.. They gave me a treatment plan that included diagnostics but said they can't start it that day and they didn't know when and alluded that that Rex's thirst was due to az Summer dryness. i left the off... read more
Not a great visit. Everyone was grumpy
Finally a vet that doesn’t make you feel like you’re a bad fur baby mom. She was amazing, kind and not judgmental.
I love Dr. Grace Legend. The staff at Spanish Trail are all lovely, and they were wonderful with my Ruger. I recommend this vet clinic.
