Been here since December 2019 and I do not recommend and will be moving as soon as possible. Where to start? I guess from the top, the leasing office.. since I’ve been here management has been switched out several times, each one a bit worse than the last. The lack of unprofessional is astounding. I have the emails and recordings as proof. I am not sure how their hiring process takes place however they need employees who know how to calculate income. I am giving them a 1 because they held me up for 3 months then once my lease has ended in my current place I’m told yesterday ohh you make too much.. How is that when I’m applying to live in these apartments come on please make it make sense. If I was making 72,000 a year I would most definitely have better options than Spanish Trace.
