Horrible toxic building. Not safe to live in. Mold and other problems. Will potentially make you chronically sick if you live here. Housing like this should be illegal. Owners should be forced to do mold remediation and fix other issues. Very very toxic. Do not live here. Many other healthy buildings in town
Apartment is fine, but the thing that annoys me most? No smoking, except by the owners of course. I’ve watched the owners walk in and out several times with fully lit cigarettes.
I lived in this building for 5 years. Spanish Towers was great pre covid, it was cheap(for Boulder), great location, younger crowd, a nice big pool, meh upkeep on the building. It was a great place for a college kids to live. However, since COVID I would NOT recommend living here. The premises are not kept well at all, I found USED needles in the parking lot and the common area hallways. I emailed the HOA(Hudson Realty) and received no response. Spanish Towers is classic. In Boulder, It's probably just as expensive as other places to live. Close to the CU campus and has a sweet indoor pool.
