The bowling alley itself is clean. The staff is semi friendly, but $9.60 for one game of bowling is absolutely highway robbery. I cannot say a whole lot more for the Pro Shop itself. They are very dry with minimal personality to plug and re-drill A bowling ball with a vice thumb sleeve and two finger inserts 100 bucks. Any other bowling alley in the United States of America would not be able to Survive however, they have 168,000 seniors in the area and most of them fall victim to this bowling alley. Nice, clean, lanes are nice.
Friendliness good food and drinks. Friendly staffing
We ate dinner there with the intention of going bowling after, but we were so disappointed we left. Our food order was forgotten about. We waited 43 minutes for a pizza and kids meal. They finally came out just above room temperature. No apologies from the wait staff or even acknowledgment for the long wait and cold food. This is why places where you pay first and give a tip first are the worst. The urinals all had pools of pee under them and smelled God awful. Terrible experience
