Poor management, she doesn't respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner often times you have to make multiple calls to get anything repaired she's very lazy in my "2 two year experience" as a tenant, I am someone who was never late on rent. The manager will however take time to find ways to tax you when you move out so you don't get a deposit back. Manager is rude, meddling and discriminatingly stereotypes tenants. Children are not welcomed to play outside on property. "No noise" zone enforce by manager. Group visits/ Family Gatherings in tenant's home are closely watched and supervised by manager. Its a very nice well kept apartment complex, its quiet very serene almost every evening and its outdoor environment on complex is covered in beautiful greenery throughout property.
