I love this place. The property manager, Tanya, and her team are excellent, very attentive to helping everyone, as well as handling apartment work orders, etc. Walking into the office, the energy feels great. Thank you all for what you do!
Issues will arise with the apartments' age however they are well maintain. I've lived here many years and have found the location ideal and the layouts desirable. The staff has always been friendly and quick to respond to my requests. The bad: age and parking in this environment (think 50yo homes). the family oriented layouts may not meet the needs of some.
