Five stars all around for Gloria at The Ascent! She took us to see a model apartment and completely blew us away with her customer service. Not only was she incredibly welcoming, but she also went completely out of her way to provide us with tons of extra, helpful information that we didn’t even know we needed. We are so incredibly grateful for her time, patience, and knowledge. If you're looking at The Ascent, definitely ask for Gloria!
Wow Amazing upgrades , Under New Management, under Renovation. They also have amazing specials. Office staff are nice great customer service .
They don’t respond to messages or emails. Water bills are $120-$140 ! Work orders get completed without completing work, takes weeks for them to come out . When you ask for updates, they say that it’s been closed out and to add again but still have to wait over a month for work orders to be completed. Pay $1157 for one bedroom over priced in my opinion there are a lot of better options for that price look elsewhere. I toured this apartment today and had a really positive experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and felt comfortable and inviting. The layout was practical, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the tour. Overall, it made a great first impression!
I have lived here for 5 years and I have encountered maintenance issues that go unsolved, however, recently in April my AC went out. So I asked the new management and Stacy ( who is very nice) sent Steven our new maintenance and he is highly knowledgeable in fixing ac's. He observed other issues like opening my vents for more air flow in which have not been opened since I first lived here. David was professional and polite to my amazement he fixed the issue.
