STAY AWAY!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! If I could give this place a 0 I would! They take months to fix anything. Theres NEVER ANY HOT WATER. Or no water for weeks. There’s trash everywhere. The area by the dumpster gets worse by the day, they don’t fix the plumbing!! I’ve had backup sewage coming from the drains for days! My AC doesn’t work! Where do I begin? We’ve been here for 8 yrs. At first it was great…. The ladies in the office and maintenance crew were amazing. Once the apartments were sold to DJE Texas little by little it started going to . The “girls” in the office were lazy & rude to residents who were passive. They never know anything and that’s when they do decide to answer the phone. They along with the maintenance man are always lying. I have lived here three years and have not had any problems that were not immediately resolved the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s also very convenient to live so close to the major highways. Edit: this place turned into the most insane experience I ever had. I had it real bad in my apartment roaches, mold, over flowing sinks, massive hole in my bathroom wall caused by a leaking pipe they never fixed.
