This was the first apartment I moved in when I moved to Little Rock. The ladies that approved me & moved me in didn’t stay there long as I moved in. The new people that moved into the office called themselves went through all the files then pulled files that didn’t provide them a tax right off and evicted them before their lease was up and didn’t refund their deposit. As soon as I filled out the application, I'm waiting for it to be approved. It looks like a very quiet place. The office staff was very kind to me. Thank you.☺️

If I could give 0 stars I would. They’re actually called villas on sixty fifth now. Worse apartment I’ve ever lived in. The maintenance man they had was terrible!! I don’t even think he knew what he was doing. My A/C went out again! This is like the 5th time already. The only vent that works is the one in the living room. The bedroom is hot the kitchen & bathroom hot! Even when he so called “fixes” the only place that is getting any A/C is the living room. The toilet does not flush correctly at all & he said you just gotta h... read more
