Well been here 8 years now and had every request fulfilled in remarkable timeframe!! From "urgent" to basic..they do a wonderful job! Hats off to Ryan and his crew.. They kicked ass with this winter with snow and ice and always make grounds appealing and clean year round..

Have been a resident since 2020 and the experience living at Spanish Gardens has been fantastic. The 2 bedroom apartment I reside in has a well thought out layout providing a surprising amount of open space and storage. But the main reason living here has been great is due inpart because of the attentive and caring staff. Hannah, Brandon, and Ryan in the main office are always quick to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend Spanish Garden Apartments! Not only are the apartments adorable, the grounds are kept neatly but the staff, especially Hannah is amazing. She really knows her job. She was full of information, she gave me answers to questions I didn’t even know I had. Zero pressure and very understanding & compassionate to my needs. I honestly can’t say 1 bad thing about this complex! Thank you Hannah for being you
The property is decent but this particular property and residents experience car thefts and attempted car thefts which is becoming a Safety issue. Multiple individuals at the same time on chosen nights late in the evening are initiating themselves to go through with these crimes. Not certain if surveillance is up-to-date.
