Smoking is throughout my mother's building. Wasn't there a smoking letter sent out to residents? There are complaints in another building nearby. Who handles these situations other than management? She's contacted Spanish Garden already.
Perhaps not the cheapest apartments in town but the staff more than exceed the difference. Front office to maintenance I've never lived in a more helpful neighborhood
Well been here 8 years now and had every request fulfilled in remarkable timeframe!! From "urgent" to basic..they do a wonderful job! Hats off to Ryan and his crew.. They kicked ass with this winter with snow and ice and always make grounds appealing and clean year round..
We are new tenets. Who speak very highly Of Spanish gardens. The staff. Do. WhatThey can to make you very happy. And the apartments are beautiful
Have been a resident since 2020 and the experience living at Spanish Gardens has been fantastic. The 2 bedroom apartment I reside in has a well thought out layout providing a surprising amount of open space and storage. But the main reason living here has been great is due inpart because of the attentive and caring staff. Hannah, Brandon, and Ryan in the main office are always quick to answer any questions I have.
