I don’t recommend working for Ian. He didn’t pay my husband his last paycheck. They didn’t get breaks working a 12-13 hour day. And his foreman smoked weed the entire day while they drove from location to location.
I worked here recently. I had enough and left. The owner didn’t even pay me my last check, so I’ll be going to the labor board. Don’t use this company. Not to mention, my “supervisor” I had to ride with smokes marijuana by means of a vape every day while he drives. All he had to do was pay me what I earned, and no one would know any of this.
I have recently started dealing with Southern Bay Landscaping. While they work quickly, I’ve noticed that unlike other companies, they take their time to ensure the job is done properly. I must say that I’m impressed. Your home is your sanctuary, so trust the outside to these guys and have one less thing on your to do list.
Ian and his crew were great to work with. They were punctual, efficient, pleasant, and the results were outstanding.
