My finger has an infection. Cut it and hurt like heck, but he knew what he was doing. Kind staff.
Don’t even bother wasting your time and energy coming to this hospital they will make you wait over two hours because of their lack of communication and lack of urgency to get patients into a room. And instead of doing their jobs they will just sit around and talk to each other. They don’t bother being professional and focusing on their patients and it shows the moment you walk in.
Before the procedure, I was given a cost estimate of around $1,100 Nothing about the procedure changed, but the actual bills totaled 3x as much. I called the billing number and the lady was nice, but she couldn’t say why… I‘ll update my review if I can find out why. Feel free to reply to this review with the right contact info. Thanks! Update: I called the number provided. The representative didn’t know, and just offered to send a statement.
Very poor service, they lie on the time all the time and they can’t seem to get anything done in a timing manner, will only go to Provo for a reason, this hospital is CRAP
