Best CrossFit gym around because they have the best coaches! You are always taken care of and feel like part of the gym family.

The experience at the gym has been great. A good atmosphere for learning CrossFit and getting better at it. I have only been for a couple months, but have enjoyed my time here.
I was hesitant about joining CrossFit but 4 years later I’m glad I joined. Everyone is nice and we joke around as much as we work hard at the workouts. They’ve really helped me get stronger physically and mentally.
I enjoy this place so much! I’ve been going here for more than a year now and my experience has been super fun and I’m very grateful for it! The trainers are very professional and are super engaged and involved with your progress as well as your safety. The environment is supportive and exciting to be around! If you’re looking for a place to get into CrossFit, The Den is a good fit for you. 😊
