Great gym with excellent coaches! Jana and Hilary have really helped me to lift properly and not hurt my back. Very happy with everything.
Best CrossFit gym around because they have the best coaches! You are always taken care of and feel like part of the gym family.

The experience at the gym has been great. A good atmosphere for learning CrossFit and getting better at it. I have only been for a couple months, but have enjoyed my time here.
I was hesitant about joining CrossFit but 4 years later I’m glad I joined. Everyone is nice and we joke around as much as we work hard at the workouts. They’ve really helped me get stronger physically and mentally.
