I had a business in Weber County. Local Chamber required you to be a member, charged $500 annual membership fee, if you wanted a ribbon cutting ceremony. My friend did this. The event lasted 10 minutes and chamber members scattered after group photo like cockroaches when lughts turned on TWO friends opened businesses last minth in Spanish Fork.
