Don't Do It I moved into Spanish eight less than 7 months ago and I have regretted it everyday since. When I toured the apartment I thought it was nice but I moved in and realized the carpet was hideous. There are stains all throughout the apartment (patch work is very noticeable). So I don't even know how long it's been since the carpet has been changed. The apartment itself was filthy. I had to deep clean (my rags were black from the stove/bathroom). Mice Invested I rented Spanish Eight in NKC for years. In November of 2015 I vacated my apartment and went to stay with my sons because of the number of mice in my apartment. A total of 22 mice were caught in my apartment over the period of two months. I contacted management several times to remove dead mice and to help with the problem.
