Not recommended... – I have lived at spanish crest for 2 years now, and I am moving. The manager is a great lady. They need to do something about there maintenance issues. Leaking sinks, poorly lit entrances to your apartment. If you have a issue with the maintenance, I suggest that you get in line. We have great neighbors, BUT what do you expect for the price? The pool is kept clean, BUT there are no lights at night! I was told when I moved into my apartment, that they would get it fixed, NOT. I would have to agree with the... read more
Avoid all together! – I don't know what the other person that rated this apt. is talking about.. this is the second year I've lived here and it WILL be the last! The maintenance hasn't responded to ANY of the problems that they told me would be fixed within weeks of me moving in! Including the leaking sink that leaks gallons of water under the sink daily, the leaking refrigerator that ruins anything I put in the fridge, broken blinds, AC problems, etc... the list goes on! It takes FOREVER for anyone to call back when you put... read more
VERY BEST DEAL IVE HAD – I've been here over 5 years and love it. The apartment is large--2 full bedrooms, big living area, huge well-lighted kitchen, lots of windows, very nice. Great green areas, beautifully kept pool. Maintenacne is on-site and always available. Very reasonably priced: literally two bedrooms for the price of one. Close to shopping and restaurants. GREAT LOCATION AND AFFODABLE! NICE. GOOD PEOPLE TO LIVE WITH. EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT. MANAGER IS A VERY SPECIAL PERSON AND VERY NICE!
