We applied at 2 other complexes and were granted , but because we knew someone who already lived in Spanish Creek (we fell in love with them ) so decided to follow through with them. After paying the application fees and $350 deposit we were “denied” because something didn’t check out . She would not explain what the reason was but only that it would be mailed in a letter . To top it off she said they would not refund the security deposit . They blocked my husbands number, won’t return our calls... read more
