Beautiful, clean, and safe neighborhood. Amenities like the pool and spa are very well-maintained. Took off 3 stars because of the horrible management. A lot of the residents dislike them, and for a damn good reason. Rude, arrogant, and unprofessional management that are a pain to interact with.
What else is there to say? The previous managers were more considerate, caring, and understanding of the people living here than the current ones. At least the previous ones interact with you.

Honestly, this place deserves 5 stars, but the management does not deserve any of the stars. The community in here is amazing—friendly, helpful neighbors who are always willing to support each other—but management is probably the most rudest, conceited, and “if you don’t treat me like I’m superior, then I will make sure you’ll treat me like one” type of management.
