PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is a living hell. We moved her over 6 years ago and since we’ve been here things have just gone worse. At first we could handle the drunk dads outside these apartments or the loud neighbors even the shootings, however recently someone tried to break into our apartment and that is where we say ENOUGH. These apartments are WAY too overpriced for what we’re getting which is nothing. Maintenance is never here and there is never anyone in the office. I’m extremely frustrated with this whole situation. First of all, there’s no number to contact anyone, which already raises red flags. They had me drive an entire hour to get to the location, only for no one to be there when I arrived. What’s worse is that I specifically told them beforehand that I was coming from 40 minutes away, so they knew how far I had to travel. Horrible Administración de estos apartamentos si se puede decir que tiene alguna, porque nadie nunca está disponible para atenderte, nadie contesta nunca las llamadas ni mensajes y nunca nadie está en la oficina. Solo sirven para cobrar y hasta bills que ya fueron pagados anteriormente se nos están volviendo a cobrar y tratamos de comunicarnos para que alguien nos solucione y nadie está disponible para atender a su comunidad, horrible servicio la verdad.
I have been here for almost I think 5 months and its really quite and calm i was iffy if wanted to move here cause i heard alot of negative things but the management is very friendly and works with you as much as she can. And she dont back down she like the say cleaning house...lol but she pretty cool. Glad i moved hrre.
