If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The maintenance is virtually nonexistent, and when they do show up, it’s a patch job at best. The pool and kids' play area have been out of order for as long as I can remember. The laundry facilities are a disaster—most of the machines are broken or barely functional, and it’s impossible to do a simple load of laundry without frustration. Management is a joke. this is the worst apartment complex in mesa az they are infested with cockroaches. A couple of months living here there was already mold in the bathroom and they tried blaming it on us. The pool doesn’t have any water and they keep trying to say that they’re going to fix it but never do. The playground isn’t even a playground it only has rusty monkey bars and there’s splinters on the floor which the kids can get hurt. We’ve lived here for about 5 years.
