I’ve worked with SPANDICO and Rich’s team multiple times now, and each experience has been excellent. Most recently, they helped resolve a roof leak at my business. The quality of their work speaks for itself, but what really sets them apart is the communication and professionalism. Rich understands the needs of a small business owner he’s responsive, easy to reach, and follows through. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend SPANDICO and will absolutely use them again

Thanks to Rich and his teams for the great job they did on our house. Spandico replaced our old roof, installed new gutters and added extra insulation to our attic. The work was completed in an impressively short amount of time but with great detail. The results look amazing. We are very happy with our experience with Spandico from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Spandico did a wonderful job. Not only did they give us a free estimate that our original company would not, they were able to basically re-create the size and color of our leaf filter gutters at a fraction of the cost the original company quoted. Because of the location of the fairly minor tree damage, they were able to keep the gutter filters from the original gutters and use them on the new section. We were pleased with the service, timing, product, and installation quality. I will happy use them in the future when needed... read more
