I’ve been going here for over 4 years and have never been taken on time for my reservation. I never complained (even when taken over 30 mins late) as I figured things happen. For the first time ever, I was 5 mins late to my appt. When I got there the manager came up to me and was so rude to me about how I was late so they can’t take me.
