I have been multiple times and they have been nothing but kind to me and very honest about how much everything will be and what work it will take.
I brought my vehicle to Spalding expecting honest, quality work. I was charged over $1,800 in repairs, but returned a week later with the same issue unresolved. Despite having my vehicle for over 2 weeks, they performed unauthorized repairs and failed to fix the original problem. They refused to return my keys until I paid for additional, unnecessary repairs that I was not aware of or authorized.
