I am writing this review for my elderly father who had a wonderful experience at Spaldings today. The salesman, I think his name was Matthew, took wonderful care of him and assisted him in retrieving all of the parts he needed. It’s good to know that there are still good, respectful, hardworking people out there. This man is a good employee and we hope to see him next time we need parts.
Liam is very professional and knowledgeable on the parts. He really goes the extra mile.for the customer.
Michael over at imports was amazing to work with and totally saved my ass on getting me what i needed. These guys are great and would recomend coming here
I ordered an item I ordered an item on eBay from here, Terrible customer service not helpful at all. terrible company in general. I would not recommend anyone ever buying anything from this company. Don’t waste your time or money. You’re better off pretty much anywhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.
They have a wide selection of parts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a fun experience to actually go out in the yard with the employees and get the part you came for and it's a good opportunity to find other parts you may be looking for.
