My Husband and I have been lucky enough to have couple massages through the years, but none like what we had at Spalation last Friday. We felt welcomed from the time we walked in until the minute we walked out! Very clean, relaxing and professional! They truly made us feel pampered and customer service was #1 priority!! One thing I know for sure is we’ll be back!! 😊
Great experience and I felt like relaxation was their priority. You definitely feel pampered with the extras, robes, slippers, foot massage! They really want you to have the best experience and I would say best massage in the northland
This was the best massage and customer service I have ever experienced! There were so many added details to the experience that didn't cost extra; it's just how they do business! My husband and I did a couples massage with a foot rub and it was amazing! The place is so clean and they really personalize your experience just for YOU! We live out of town, but would seriously drive back to KC just to come here again!
I cannot say enough great things about Spalation. You really have a luxury experience each time you visit. The staff is amazing and very kind. And you get a great deal with their packages!
from beginning to end, the experience was top notch. I was greeted and bid a great day with slippers, flavored water and snacks. if you haven't been here, it's definitely worth it. I can't wait to go back
Quite honestly, this is the best experience from start to finish. Billy and Joe know how to make you feel special. The massage, the environment, the sounds, the smells, the cost. Everything on point. I already booked my next appointment. Moses does a great job, and I recommended incorporatingthe hot stones. ❤💛💚💜💙 love everything about this place.
I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT SPALATION. I felt like a princess from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left. It was all I could talk about when I got home. I wish I could go there daily! I believe everyone in KC should make this their go to spa. I WILL be back VERY soon!
