Very disappointed unfortunately, the receptionist is off-putting and uncooperative for people who use Groupon. I wanted to try a new place and hopefully like it so much that I return, but the attitude is something I can't deal with. All customers and prospects should be treated the same, instead of spoken to in a condescending way as if they're doing me a huge favor by accepting a promotion that THEIR BUSINESS advertised.

Very Terrible. I would not recommend to my worse enemy. I have been trying to book using my Groupon starting back in October 2025 every week I make an appointment they cancel it or tell me the day of appointment that I have to reschedule. I live in port st lucie florida and to tell me to reschedule my appointment 1 hour before the appointment time is ridulous. First, I called to schedule an appointment, and the person who answered asked if I had already purchased the Groupon deal. When I said yes, she told me that Groupon customers could only book appointments in December. The Groupon deal for the couple’s massage was $99. Then she said if I wanted to come that week, she could offer me a “promotion” for $170 for the same 50-minute service. When we arrived, she spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell extra services. Called to schedule an appointment and was blocked and ignored. Called back later the next day on a different phone and was told they can call me sometime next week to schedule even though they told me, morning of the day before they would call me that night. Never received a call

Nice people. Terrible massage. Way too many pause's to get the lotion. Kept bending my body uncomfortably. They claim it’s a professional massage but I don’t think these people are actually qualified. Used a Groupon btw and still spent more because they forced us to.
