Spain Townhomes is completely overrun with mice, and management refuses to take real action.We first heard them inside the walls, and now we see live and dead mice almost daily in our apartment. As much as I am a clean freak and do as much prevention from mice as possible, they still run through our kitchen, pots, and pans, making it impossible to cook. These people have quite literally destroyed our home and community in just one year of owning these apartments. We have lived here almost 7 years and didnt have any issue with the old land lord. Professional and communication from the management at this property is nonexistent. I have had nothing but lies told to me when it comes to any kind of maintenance needed. Went 3 weeks without an AC during the hottest part of the summer. Had to file several maintenance requests for the fridge be fixed because they said I kept telling them they couldnt enter when I never even spoke to them. When the water heater went out I was told they would be back within 30 minutes to make sure it was working properly. They never came back... read more
