Spaid Mechanical was timely, professional and did a great job on installing a new hot water heater and shut off valves under the kitchen sink.

Spaid mechanical did a wonderful job putting in a new water heater and a water powered sump backup. I went with a bigger water heater and they modified all the required gas and water lines and checked for leaks. They gladly answered any questions that I had. They have great rates and I liked that they will come to your house to look at the job and give an estimate for free. Overall great experience using them.

Spaid Mechanical is the best. Ken replaced a sump pump for us and Dennis replaced our disposal and installed a kitchen faucet. Both gentlemen were quick, efficient and friendly. The cost was reasonable.

Ken was awesome! He arrived on time a few short hours after I placed my initial call. He quickly identified the problem, resolved the issue and tested it several times to make sure the blockage was gone. He was very personable and I really felt like I was treated fairly without him trying to sell me other services or overcharge me. I give Spaid Mechanical two enthusiastic thumbs up!!
