Can only make a first impression once. Can’t speak to the craftsmanship. I made an appointment with them for 10am on Sunday. Showed up and no one was there. Finally when they came, the guy didn’t even know he had an appt. And the ppl who I made an appt with Janet/Solheeil, didn’t even work there.
Recently I visited the showroom regarding my renovation project in the near future. I met an individual named Soheil who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in great detail. I truly appreciate the time and guidance he provided, and I look forward to working with the team.
Seems like the salesperson is the problem here if you check the reviews. What would be the process to drive revenue from a biz perspective? Awreness (advertising) < get clients (sales) < plan alignment (designer) < build (labours). Where are you lacking?
The reason im giving 2 stars... I came in last sunday and the place was empty which is fine but my biggest issue is there was a few people who knew nothing about actual renovations working as sales people.... Not sure who is running this place but my advice is please hire people who actually have knowledge about construction whether its residential or commercial. Because of this i wont be having any service done by this place
I met with Amir who seemed sleepy, presented a "I don't want to work" kind of vibe but represented as a sales person lol
