I went into this renovation fully expecting stress and chaos, and was honestly surprised by how smooth and well-managed it felt with Spaice Studio. Spaice operates on a model that just makes sense but is surprisingly rare. Showed up to their showroom, there was a notice from landlord that their lease is terminated cause they havent paid rent. Looks like they are bankrupt.
Is this studio closed permanently? No one answer the call…
They do not have any ounce of professionalism I don’t know how they are in business
