This place is in total disarray. We've been working on a reno project for almost a year, every bill paid immediately! 1 of their employees leaves and they tell us our credit for return materials, which they never picked up, was past the allotted time? Blamed it on a 3rd party vendor. Another reason to support small town, local, businesses. My initial doubts have been reaffirmed.
I have had multiple bad experiences here. It seems like they have such an attitude to even get a price over the phone… So I thought today I would give it a shot… Well, I just wanted some pricing on some wood I don’t need a formal quote, I’m sorry we can’t do that. We need your name telephone number… I don’t want to give you that just hangs up on me… So if you need lumber go to Menards or go to another nobody needs this kind of attitude…….. apparently I am not the only one the people that work at the same store in. Shauna is great. She's knowledgeable and friendly. The guys that load the lumber and make cuts are also Great.
