Excellent service helping me with materials (cutting plywood, selecting brackets, etc.) and tips for a dog ramp I made for my 12-yo Chihuahua-Pug mix. Such a contrast from the big box chain store, where associates often avoid eye contact with customers in hopes they won't be asked for help. Unfortunately, my Joey refused to use the ramp.
