An employee of this shop came to my university to sell some products. I was very upset to find that I had purchased a soy wick candle for $20.00, only to receive a wick that was extremely short-cut and that I could barely use my candle, as it would flame out quickly. I tried to scoop out some freshly dried wax to extend the wick, but that did not help whatsoever, only making the wick damp, and now I am unable to use this candle.
