An absolute nightmare!!! Mauro Spagnolo was contracted by general contractor to remove, replace, install all the plumbing and heating system. At first he appeared qualified for the job that involved oil water heating system and plumbing that had collapsed and caused massive water on a 1 1/2 Cape Cod residence. Soon enough we realized that he was not the right person for the job.
