This was a return visit as my condition returned....was dismissive of my concerns and input. Very little discussion of my symptoms and treatment. Seemed to be in a rush to see me out. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. I don't know.
I'll NVER take my 87 year old mom back to Jessica Kandi! Kandi never says hello, seems inconvenienced with your visit, and just walks out without saying good bye. Who teaches this type of disrespect, this discourtesy toward her patients and this high minded attitude?? This is not a one off but every time we meet. Fortunately there are too many qualified ENT's in this area to tolerate her very bad behavior.
I have had a good experience with Dr. Spagnoli who has listened to my experiences and been attentive to potential treatments.
I went to this doctor because I have suffered from bad sinuses since I was a child. The headaches and pressure that come with these sinus infections are no joke. I went to see him thinking he would be the one to finally solve my problem after so many years and not just recommend another nasal spray.
