Why bothering offering a trip to the salad bar when you don't even have a chance to eat before your food is being served, so then you have to have luke warm food. My mom ordered an appetizer and it was brought out after her meal, so she had her salad, her meal and her appetizer because apparently they forgot to bring it out. We asked for pasta refills and asked again 10 minutes later and were told they had a baseball party come in and they were just super busy with that. RecommendedFood is average. Decor is the coolest part. Our first food stop in Omaha.
I dine at Spaghetti Works Old Market for lunch at least twice a month and I have never really been disappointed. Most of the wait service is great, food is great, I dont usually wait longer than 15 minutes for my meal. Dinner time of course is usually very busy, but definitely worth the wait and the service is usually not a long wait. Oh and they have a great salad bar selection.
