Spaghetti Works

About this business

Casual Italian dining is the focus at this Old Market mainstay. The emphasis here is on quantity, with big plates of pasta offered with your choice of sauces. Order just one sauce or a combination of many. The pasta is all-you-can-eat, so come hungry. The menu also features sandwiches, ribs, and baked pastas. An old Model-T Ford has been transformed to house the fresh salad bar. This is a great spot for a family dinner, but no reservations are accepted.

The spaghetti is still great, so is the garlic bread. But the salad dressing - what happened to it? I used to love, love your Thousand Island salad dressing. The dressing you have now (the ladles were labeled "Ken's) was so watered down and so flavorless I couldn't even eat my salad. It was like colored water, no sweet pickle relish in it at all, which is a main ingredient in thousand island dressing. Please, if you want to have a good reputation, you also need good salad dressing. This is the reason for the 3 star rating.

Business response:

We're grateful for this feedback, Pat, and it's great to know you're a fan of the spaghetti and garlic bread. You're right to expect our salad dressings to be on point as well, and we look forward to having another chance to impress you soon. -The Team at Spaghetti Works
