Service is slow and the food sucked
Employees at front desk had us wait 30 minutesbefire being seated even though we had a reservation. Reservation was at 8:30 got there at8:34 & they told us we should’ve called. Just poor communication & customer service. All the spaghetti & lasagna or anything with meat sauce had pork in it🤢. Our food came out in good time but the food was bland to me. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome food Italian sausage was soooo good. Great service
The food is good, most of the servers are really pleasant. We were there the other day, the server we had asked if we wanted sweet or unsweetened tea, we all said sweet but got unsweetened tea. He also took long to get our order cause he was too busy trying to get our tea right. Finally had enough of waiting, I requested another server. We didn't even have a big order. New server fixed his mistake and took our order in less than 5 minutes. Some people are just not meant to be servers.
We just celebrated my daughter's birthday in the private room. We had a large group and a lot of decorations to set up. From the moment we reserved the room Laura, the manager was so helpful and willing to work with us to make my daughter's day special, everything was extremely seamless and they took all the stress out of hosting a party. Shout out to our servers James, Shelby and Elena who went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable and happy.
Food good but the management, not so much, they have told staff to not tell customers about the Warehouse Wednesday specials anymore-you have to know to ask for it now!!! That’s pitiful! So... Warehouse Wednesday specials-ASK FOR GREEN MENU FLYER FOR WAREHOUSE WEDNESDAY SPECIALS!!!! Don’t pay full price!
