Terrible time management and a purely sales-driven approach. I had a scheduled appointment for my dog because he hurt his paw at the park. When we arrived, we had to wait 20 minutes because there were people ahead of us; they clearly don't respect appointment times. When the vet finally saw us and we explained what happened, all they did was try to charge me for everything. The team at Spadina Animal Hospital is kind, knowledgeable, and patient! I feel reassured every time I go and trust them fully with my cat's health. The vets and staff always take time to explain things, and answer all of my questions with kindness and compassion. I'd highly recommend them!
Have always come to this location for my cats exams and other needs. Any vets will be quite pricey in Toronto, the most important thing is how well they care for your pet and how you feel from the appointment and after. We have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Pusong and Dr.Stewart, my cat is a highly anxious cat but with prescribed gabapentin it is much more manageable but they always approached my cat with ease and care.
