Currently a tenant, and let me tell you please do not rent with them. They take seniority of tenants over new ones and have favoritism amongst leases. They take forever to fix anything needed and will look at you like you’re the issue! Do not recommend do any new tenants
they rack up your money for application fees & the next day the apartment was already taken a day after I went to see the apartment & paid for the application. they already knew who they were picking as a tenant! I ended up getting ghosted trying to get updates on my application! in reality the apartment was already taken!

When I apply for one their properties they ask for a security deposit, first month rent and 300 dollars non refundable for a dog we have. They said that 300 was gonna be used to clean the carpet when we moved out. Apparently when I did move out they took an additional 104.41 from my deposit to clean the rugs. And here's the kicker on sending me my deposit check they put the wrong last name so I can even cash it I have to request a new one. Now I wonder how long that's gonna take now.
