We were super excited to have our built in book shelves installed and the lady we worked with on the design was wonderful. However, what was meant to be a 3 month turn around has morphed into 7 months of waiting, with no indication of when they will be installed. We have paid more than 50% of the final bill, and when asked if we could get our initial deposit back so we could engage another vendor who was able to complete the job more expediently, they said no. Absolutely terrible experience. Strongly do NOT recommend. We made the mistake of setting up a virtual address with this company, and it has been a complete nightmare ever since. They repeatedly add services to your account without approval, continue charging you, and keep sending invoices for amounts that make no sense. Even after explicitly requesting cancellations, the charges keep coming. You then have to waste your own time chasing their support team just to fix issues that should never have happened in the first place.... read more
