Good personnel in locations, bad service from head quarters.
Staff is rude. Office was not clean and didn’t receive a tour by the staff upon arrival. Horrible service here and Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.
-Well decorated and good atmosphere. -The staff and facilities are really down to earth, friendly and responsive. -They make a conscious effort to ensure you're enjoying the space and everything is up to par. -The companies/people working in the shared space are all fairly mellow and pleasant. -The kitchen is great in terms of sufficient utensils, dishes, glasses, cups and coffee supplies. -They also make a fresh batch of coffee every morning which is thoughtful. I've been working at SPACES for 6 months and only have great things to say about the facility and the staff. Here's my list of Pros and Cons: PROS -They don't nickel-and-dime you for everything: I feel like other co-working spaces are extremely stingy on meeting room hours, pages printed, wireless licenses, etc. As long as the request is reasonable, the SPACES team is happy to accommodate you. -Community events: The all-star team of Lani, Brandyn, and Ryan always do their best to put together fun events, like: happy hours, h... read more
The SPACES team is great. I've worked at a WeWork in West Hollywood before which was nice, but the shared common areas were quite loud. SPACES generally has a more professional vibe and it's much easier to get work done here. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes to microwave lunch, fridges are clean and sinks checked often. Meeting rooms are clean. Lots of food in the lot next to the building, and love the Two Guns coffee downstairs.
