Booking a day pass was easy enough by calling in but everything else was far below expectations. The coworking area is so cold and sterile it might as well be a hospital waiting room. The staff on site really seemed like they couldn’t care less and the “tour” provided was laughable at best. I had reserved for the full day but left after an hour. There are much better and more comfortable coworking spaces in the area. Would not return.
Very disappointing… they auto renewed my yearly contract and increased my monthly rent 42% which is unheard of. Be very careful… even though I contacted them 118 days before expiration they auto renewed it and their management office was not able to help. According to them the new contract is in place and there is nothing that they can do. So now I have to continue to pay for one more year and on top of that 42% extra every month. They should not take advantage of people like that… I wonder how may startups are being affecte... read more
It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the team at the Battery location and the local team is not empowered to help customers resolve an issue. I booked a space online in April for an off-site meeting in May. Our plans changed and I needed to cancel the meeting space. I called the location and they were not able to cancel the reservation for me. It had to be canceled online. There was a glitch in the website and the button was greyed out, so I could not cancel the meeting myself. The local representative entered a help desk ticket that w... read more
SPACES has a strict cancellation policy and is not transparent during the booking process. I reserved a meeting room 8 days in advance of a meeting, which I later learned is inside their 10-day cancellation period. There was no notification on the website that this was non-cancellable and would be charged to my credit card regardless of giving advanced notice of cancellation. I cancelled in advance and my card was charged. I called about a refund and they sent a copy of the fine print cancellation policy that was on the seco... read more
