The leasing agent Preston was amazing to work with and made our moving process very easy! We love it here so far and everyone has been very nice!
Overly to expensive for a little one bed apartment was paying over 1300 every month with all them extra fees you have to pay. Not even worth that much at all. Omaha literally has nothing
I have been here for 2 years it is a quiet, clean homey and it’s close to downtown and the manager Cecilia and Preston are very helpful with anything that you need.
I moved in July 2023 - without viewing because I was from out of state. The staff has always been warm and welcoming. They are always quick with responses and took care of any concerns or issues I have had during my time here. I plan on staying here until I leave Omaha (at least another year and a half). The property manager Cecelia, leasing agent Preston and the maintenance guy Rod have been absolutely fantastic.
