I have lived in Spaces for 2 years and have loved it. Cecila, the property manager, is super helpful and has a good relationship with a lot of the tenants. All of my maintenance needs have been taken care of either the same day or early next morning. Also, the location is perfect with interstate access and Midtown being a 5 minute walk.

Not the worst, but definitely not the best. I had a short lease and knew what I was getting into. Apartment was nice and maintenance was super helpful. Rarely saw the manager and did not speak to her until right before leaving to discuss checkout. Hallways are noisy. Police were called a couple of times while living there. There was an apartment above me that would have a man screaming at someone frequently at random hours during the night and early mornings. Fire alarms would sound frequently with no cause. I have lived here for three years. It was a really good experience and super close to work. I used the coffee machine and weight room almost every day. Cecilia is a great manager, and the team at Spaces Apartments are very friendly and responsive! I would highly recommend this apartment complex looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.
