I have been here for 2 years it is a quiet, clean homey and it’s close to downtown and the manager Cecilia and Preston are very helpful with anything that you need.
I moved in July 2023 - without viewing because I was from out of state. The staff has always been warm and welcoming. They are always quick with responses and took care of any concerns or issues I have had during my time here. I plan on staying here until I leave Omaha (at least another year and a half). The property manager Cecelia, leasing agent Preston and the maintenance guy Rod have been absolutely fantastic.
I would absolutely not recommend this apartment complex. It is extremely overpriced for what you actually get. The amenities are minimal, outdated, and poorly maintained, yet the rent suggests you’re paying for something far more upscale. Safety is a serious concern here. There are frequent issues with unauthorized individuals getting into the building, and there appears to be little to no effective security in place. I used to live here, and while the building itself is nice, my experience with management was frustrating. Parking is difficult at night, and when my car was damaged while parked on the street, I couldn’t get any assistance or footage. Rules aren’t consistently enforced, which makes it harder for residents who follow them. Even though I signed with a co-applicant, all responsibility falls on the primary applicant.
