I used to live here, and while the building itself is nice, my experience with management was frustrating. Parking is difficult at night, and when my car was damaged while parked on the street, I couldn’t get any assistance or footage. I lived here for about 2 years and I'm really going to miss it! The management team is amazing, and maintenance is always super speedy, even with non-emergency issues. I never had any serious issues with any of the appliances or AC/heating in my unit. I loved having the office in the same building, it's super easy to ask quick questions and it never felt like I was intruding on anyone's time.
