I lived here for about 2 years and I'm really going to miss it! The management team is amazing, and maintenance is always super speedy, even with non-emergency issues. I never had any serious issues with any of the appliances or AC/heating in my unit. I loved having the office in the same building, it's super easy to ask quick questions and it never felt like I was intruding on anyone's time. I've been at Spaces going on two years now and have always felt welcomed and at home.
I have lived here for almost four years. The management is responsive and transparent, the apartments are clean, pricing is clear while a bit expensive, and the amenities (gym, pool, coffee machine) are fantastic. Nowhere is perfect, but if SPACES had any major issues I’d know by now, and I have loved living here.
