Do not waste your money here at this dump, the place is infested with mice and they couldn't care less when the units get broken into, all my valuables were stolen from my unit while i was out of state and anything that was left behind was chewed and destroyed by the mice, the gate and "surveillance" means nothing if they don't do anything about robberies 🤷♀️
This 5 star rating *IS NOT* for the facility as a whole...but ONLY for the following customer service reps that helped with unit 128 on 04/22/26: -Rose -Ruth Ann -Jackie -Angel There was one more but I didn't catch their name...but them too! They all understood our situation and they all did their utmost to resolve it! Awesome job! Please make sure these 5 employees are properly commended and know that they are GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
2/9/26 This place is FULL of trash, and broken down RV's/vehicles. I used this storage about 2 years ago and was nothing like this. Since I have been back people are just dumping there trash right next to my RV, piling it up on the cement slab by the storage containers, and when you call in regards to everything, they talk all nice and act like they want to fix your issues, and then you get no return calls/responses, etc. I went the other day to check on RV and found this next to my RV. One star is too generous. My storage unit was broken into and management/ownership could not care less. They advertise security cameras, but they don’t work. The gate doesn’t even close, making it wide open for thieves. The so-called “on-site manager” doesn’t exist, and when I tried to get help, I was met with zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero solutions.
