One star is too generous. My storage unit was broken into and management/ownership could not care less. They advertise security cameras, but they don’t work. The gate doesn’t even close, making it wide open for thieves. The so-called “on-site manager” doesn’t exist, and when I tried to get help, I was met with zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero solutions. My husband and I spent 3 days trying to rent a parking space for our RV. No one was available to show us the facility before we rented it. The only people we could talk to could only pass messages to the site manager. We had to wait several hours to get a call back. Finally we rented a spot and got a gate code. Before trying to park our 39ft 5th wheel we went to look at it. The entry and exit would be very difficult to get a 5th wheel through. The parking space was an overgrown field. See photo.
